I met all 4 of my daily goals. 2nd day in a row :-) Exercise: 12 minutes of run/walking: 90 sec running with 60 sec walking intervals. I really wanted to get a little bit of running in today, even today...join the community. This is the first time she's really tried to lose weight for the long-term and I think it'd be good for her. She's only 17, though. Should she wait until next year to try to join

I need to get back on track, so I'm going to try to log and set goals this week. On Monday, after my race weekend filled with all sorts of indulgences, I weighed 128. This morning, I am back down to 126... go grocery shopping and stock up on fruits, veggies, and some meat to cook as many meals at home. An actual update, lol I met all of my daily goals except one. Water: 44oz, but I wasn't aiming for a high amount today. I'll increase this tomorrow. Exercise: 45 minutes of "The Firm: Total Body Time... When I did this during high school, exercising was much easier. I met 3 of my 4 daily goals. Exercise: I actually took a break today. I started Couch to 5K yesterday, so my legs were sore. Kinda happy about that, in a way. Exercise: I told myself... Food: I didn't do a good job of eating yesterday.
