...Monday - 1 hr 'pilates' class Tuesday - 1 hr of 'body pump' then some yoga inversions, 10 mins of elliptical & 1 hr of Yoga class (there was a 15 min gap between classes to use up) Wednesday - 1 hr yoga fitness class (more adv. class on Weds turns out)- will try to go to that one again next week. that's over 5 hrs this week so far & I have a couple days to fit in some more I hope. 1) Went to Kung Fu (Did Yang 88, Xingyi An Shen Pao, Xingyi Zhan Zhuang (15 mins on one posture, 5 on another).) 2) Went to gym (Rode stationary bike for ~31 mins -- and realized I could read on it, so...moves/stages, and you do 5 reps of each stage as you get up. Had my first workout at Curves today! And really should have brought water, or at least noticed they had bottles of it for sale, but failed. Went round the circuit three times (as you're supposed to) under...to finish my stretches and so am worried some of my muscles are going to be aching tomorrow. Also, I now have these weird marks on my shoulder that look a bit like stretch marks. How did that happen
