State of the union (sorry, I couldn't resist): 31 stars done as of this picture, and I've completed all I can using a hoop*, so I was documenting my progress before mounting this piece in my scroll...stars in the edge of the hoop. I'm not in love with them... they sure are loud and the colors pooled oddly and obscure my lace leaves, but hey, not bad for my first pair of socks for me
