I installed Ubuntu on my laptop, and now it's all fancily customized to my liking, and I'm used to doing some stuff from the command line, and I'm using Fluxbox now, and I love it. I haven't had a single hardware issue yet. Simply amazing, especially given the fussiness laptops tend to have in this area. I'm hedging my bets that the one piece of hardware that won't work...

Я всегда пропагандирую минимализм и поэтому сижу под fluxbox и dwm, но захотелось настроить в первом прозрачность. В хендбуке подробно описано как настроить, все сделал, но есть один боольшой минус - при компиляции, эффекты прозрачности и теней лагают, работать конечно можно, но былой комфорт уже потерян, поэтому вернулся к не прозрачности )
