Okay, so I blogged about lunch with photos! Now I'm posting dinner. I made more grilled chicken tonight because I felt like it. Included a salad with romaine, spinach, a little sweet onion (thin sliced... I have asked the husband to walk at least a mile with me every night. We just got back from night #2. I keep myself at brisk "survey speed" and haven't had issues yet. Tomorrow I may ask for 2 miles
I've been told I eat too much fat. I had three corn quesadillas this morning and some coffee for breakfast. Here's lunch: Grilled chicken breast that had been marinaded in olive oil & balsamic vinegar salad dressing, grilled green onions, Indian spicy lentils, and olive oil mayonnaise on a corn tortilla, served with a Meyer lemon wedge and champagne grapes. Input?
Weights & Measures Weight: Ends with a 1 on my scale at home, which I think was weighing about 4 pounds lighter than the scale I was using before. So that's an additional 6 pounds for a grand total...dying of thirst. When I don't overeat, my stomach doesn't bug me later. It seems so simple, but it's hard to recognize it, I think. This is an important breakthrough for me mentally, I think. I hope.
Its amazing how getting on the scales can ruin you evening. I know getting on the sales last thing at night when you've had three meals+ sitting in your body from the day doesn't give you the best indication... Snack - One cadbury's melt (two squares of chocolate with 3g saturated fat!!) Lunch - Pret Chicken and Avacado Salad w/ Worchester Sauce Walkers crisps. Dinner - Shepherds Pie w/ carrots and gravy

Or, today was a little harder. The popcorn was free, but that doesn't mean I should have gotten it. Chose dinner and a movie with Rob over exercise, but I guess that's ok every once in a while
