Needing something to eat, I made Chana Dal with carrots, cauliflower, ginger, hot peppers and a bit of tomatoes, coriander, turmeric and mustard seed. Over brown rice. I am in heaven. Yum. Reason #487 why I love my job: the ability to cook in the middle of the day.
Sprinklebutt on the PPK came up with this super special awesometastic corn dog muffin idea and I had to try them, as Morningstar Farms corn-not-dogs were my favorite food ever even before I went vegetarian...a recipe like that before. They were still really yummy though, just not sweet, but then muffins aren't really supposed to be. I don't have pictures because I ate them all before I thought of it. x
