First meal; 'chocolate' (coconut oil melted over very low heat, raw cacao powder, agave) coated banana, apple Followed an hour or so later by; a medium sized salad of lettuce, couple of chopped dates,...believe raw fat is much better for you and can be eaten in higher quantities than cooked fat is still don't think a lot of fat is a good thing). And yes i know i need to cut back on the raw cacao ;p

Foodlist 18/8/2008

Breakfast: Green smoothie with silver beet, frozen raspberries, a banana, dates & a little raw cacao SO GOOD Lunch: Small serve of raw pumpkin soup, green smoothie with soaked almonds, vanilla, strawberries...light yet satisfied after my liquid meals earlier in the day). I also felt a big wave of tiredness after dinner, but that was possibly as i was eating it pretty late...It was all very yummy though

помидоры огурцы (не меньше кг) 300 гр семечек потом еще тонна помидоров ): 4 персика несколько слив не получается у меня пить воду, только через силу. Куда приятнее съесть огурец или помидор, а обычная вода (да и дистиллированная тоже) кажется то сладковатой, то еще с каким-то привкусом..

Today Breakfast: Grilled tuna and cabbage Lunch: Vanilla ice cream and a pancake (akhdksjadsk-ing good. POSSIBLY EVEN WORTH THE CALORIES.) Dinner: Roast chicken with apple cider vinegar Snacks: 2 apples Exercise: an hour of walking... Yesterday A freddo... Surprisingly, my mum didn't make me eat. I don't remember WHY. But that was good. I've gained weight, btw. RARGH.

Didn't eat anything yesterday.  exercise: Spent about an hour cycling. TODAY: a chocolate bar. exercise: plenty of walking from train station to train station because I freaking LOST MY PHONE. But other than that, I've just been cramming like hell for tomorrow's assessment on complex numbers and curve sketching. RAWR.
