At home I made a bread and butter pudding with a layer of rhubarb and a layer of caramelised apple. We ate half of it for dinner, so in the morning I chopped the rest into slices (as you can see above) and then dipped them in an egg/milk wash for the best French Toast ever! Everyone in my family was feeling rather sedated with the news of my grandmother's death, so we didn't do much for my birthday. Dad said we could go to any restaurant I liked for lunch, and for some reason...of my childhood buddies, and then Sunday I'm going out to dinner with Kitty, Kero and Bandaid. Purchased at a Global gas station in Farmington, CT. These were a big surprise. They're corn puff snacks that are twice as wide as cheese curls, but taste exactly like cinnamon French toast. They taste buttery and cinnamony and maple syrupy and I'd keep eating them if the puffs weren't so rough on my mouth. I wish marketers would stop using pumice as a flavor delivery system.

Hi! I'm a newbie, and I've been noticing that most posts are giving links to the actual pieces from the show! This morning I went out to breakfast at a "locals only" type jot. I ordered my favorite french toast... I usually get into food kicks and eat it for 1 or 2 months straight and then won't eat it for another...though I think Lance has tarnished his image a little my having a child with his newer girlfriend. Whatever Lance get back to what you do well motivating others, riding bikes and beating cancer.
