Wow, today must be a troll-ific Friday.
Thumbs Down for Clojure - wow..., look, I'm all for quality and Quality and purity and all that myself. Really, I am, but, um, I use stuff that sucks all the time. Someone should point out that Lisp...for purity. Or he could just be why Richard Gabriel wrote Worse Is Better , and should go figure out Wabi-Sabi . I'm a believer in type inference now...
Okay, I have, for a while now, understood the notion that some "types" can become rather long(exponential even in comparison to the code), and thus, realized that type inference is a useful tool in dealing...the "Commons Functor" project: It doesn't seem very active, plus its in the sandbox, so, no telling how that will work out. Plus, all the really useful basic stuff is about 3-4 hours work anyway
