Oh hello Monday, I did not miss you. Though it's much better to be in the office without the sense of burgeoning panic that characterized last week. Had one of those frustrating weekends where I felt...was meeting up with do not believe in rain gear. We looked like drowned rats by the time we got to that cafe, but at least we matched . Still, I am totally the worst intensityboat member. *g

Looks like someone over at mcr_pic_spam decided to cheer me up after this shitty day. ♥ Extra-perfect considering the set of fic illustrations I'm working on right now. Unsurprisingly, I am completely...last two weeks on my sketchbook, so. In other news, way to go Neil Gaiman . :D I've been holding off on reading that book until the paperback comes out, but we'll see if I can hold out that long

4.0 MUTHAFUGGAS!! I totally aced my first semester of grad school! I'm so glad, I was totally worried about my grade in my Theories of Personality class. Oh yes, that's right. I AM a total grad school stud. THANK YOU FOR NOTICING. I'm gonna go eat a banana split and watch Newsies with Chris to celebrate. I'M AMAZING.

Whee. I finished my yuletart (and I'm pretty happy with it, too - can't wait to show you guys), so . . . now it's on to yuletide . And some kind of holiday card for everyone, even if...Fall Out Boys (and the guests aren't bad either). Speaking also of warm fuzzies, here's my thread in the holiday anon love meme. Today is going to be a good day! Already, I have: --slept in until ten-thirty --drank amazing raspberry tea --made a batch of cinnamon-cranberry pancakes and ate them ALL, hooray carbs! --read two of...then do some studying. Then Lina's coming to town (OMG ROOMIE!) and we're gonna hang out with Nate and Liz and go see the Herbert Wiser Band, who rock a whole lot. I'll probably get really drunk!! :

Hey guys! I'm Lauren from NY and I am going to the NJ con!! This will be my first convention ever! I'm so excited. Bought my gold package last night and booked my photo op with Jared.
