i am almost afraid to do any more shopping.. i mean how many great customer service experiences do you get? Coldwater Creek  customer service rep extends my coupon, and spends a long time on the phone... yes i think 5% would make a difference) so apparently the stuff she is importing is slightly more pill resistant.shakes head. not shopping anymore.... three in a row  has got to be the limit.....

So the repair guy finally showed up at like 6:45 (and he still had another call to make after he left!).  By the time he left we'd already had to cancel our plans for the evening, to have dinner & see... Also finished "A Lion Among Us" tonight.  If you haven't read it yet, you should.  It's worth while, especially for those fans of Wicked.  And I get the feeling we will see a 4th book at some point

We decided to go attempt to do our Christmas returns/exchanges tonight.  Most of it had to go to the Buckle, and then one item to Dillards.  Dillards was easy.  The Buckle, not so much.  We are used to...middle.  We ended up talking to their buyer for a bit as she saw Paul looking at the Titanium rings before I did and pulled the whole rack out for him. All in all it ended up being  a good evening.

So, after yet another craptacular day at work, I stopped at a local KFC to grab maybe 4 pieces of chicken for me and Griskom. It was after 9PM. When I questioned the lady behind the counter about chicken...so much!" "No problem. It's less chicken I have to de-bone as close." I smiled. I wished her a happy holiday. My faith in people, however fleeting, was restored for the moment. Life goes on

After 7 in-camp trainings, I was given this... 5-year Good Service Medal.  I guess everyone gets this if you dutifully go for your in-camp trainings, so it's no big deal.  Haha.

Sponsored by Best Buy View other answers I really enjoy doing...hate TMobile.  The reps lie a lot, say one thing and then the next rep says something else. I only stay with them bc of a contract and really I do not hear good things about any cell phone company.
