Title: Valiant Author: Holly Black Genre: YA (Urban Fantasy) Grade: B/C The problems I had with this and Tithe, another YA novel by the author, are fourfold: 1. They're too short. I have nothing against...real and I wasn't always sure which way they'd jump, which added some nice tension and surprise to the plot.   Bottom Line: I don't regret reading it, but I doubt I'll read another of her books soon
