I have been getting so much more work done over this break. It makes me sad that I'm going back to school tomorrow. Preview: I have some non-HP graphite work that I need to hurry up and finish...scans while I'm still in NC. I'm really starting to think I should open up commissions. Would people be interested (fandom and otherwise)? If so, I'll work up some prices and get some examples up.

It is both my birthday and the holiday season, and for these reasons, I lost my mind a little and decided to devote an entire afternoon to a fanmix project. Why? I feel like I don't rec enough stuff here. In order to remedy this, here's a fanfic that nearly brought me to tears last night: Thirty-Five Owls by wired_lizard . It's a series of correspondences...has a very distinct voice and their letters convey what their relationship was once like, and make you long for what could have been as strongly as the characters themselves. So go read it :)
