Yesterday I did something that few people get to do in their lifetime. I hiked through a Saudi desert. It was physically one of the hardest things I have done in my life. Just so you know its not all sand...the Hash House Harriers  you will get a better idea of what Im doing. Next week they are camping overnight and I am going with them. How fucking awesome is that, camping in the the Saudi desert.

So I went with branwyn   to the Hash House Harriers run yesterday. I had a blast and will definitely have to go out to this again. One note though. Having beer as a checkpoint in the middle of a 10k run is a bad idea. Here's a map of yesterday's run.

dangerdean 's last post turned me on to this. Hash House Harriers are people all over the world who play the game of "hare and hounds". One or two people lay a trail and the rest of the group... but it still can be great exercise walking or running. Plus, it can be modified depending on the group playing. Also, there are "Bashers", bicycle Hashers. This would be even better! Anyone up for this
