HBP has been pushed back to July 2009 cause the WB thinks they'd get more money that way, plus the writer's strike probably affected their big blockbuster for summer 2009, so they need something to ensure them the money, so HBP it is, even though they just released the teaser, international release days, and that the Royal were coming to the London premiere.
