1 lb fresh pasta (small shapes) 1 tsp butter 1 tbsp heavy cream 3 1/2 oz shredded mozzarella 1 c tomato sauce (below) grated parmesan to taste 1/4 c chopped fresh basil Cook and drain pasta. Combine butter...oil in saucepan. Add garlic & cook briefly, Stirring constantly. Add the rest of the ingredients except for basil and bring to a boil. Reduceheat and cook 15 min, stirring occassionally. Stir in basil

Add chicken and cook til browned. Add 1/2 c toasted almonds, cream, soup, marmalade, mustard, and red pepper. Cook ten minutes or til sauce thickens. Garnish with remaining almonds

2 lb Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed 1 bay leaf 2 lb sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed 1 1/2 c heavy cream 4 tbsp unsalted butter 3 cloves roasted garlic, mashed salt and pepper 2 ripe bananas, peeled...
