Hey guys, i need your help. I recently got Photoshop 7.0, i previously had Paint Shop Pro X2. On PSP i used smudge tool to extend background, does Photoshop 7.0 has that tool? Thanks to  racheldinozzo  for telling me where the smudge tool was!!

So im trying to make animated icons and i'd rather use 'timeline'  because it seems quicker than using frames for this. Does any one here have screencaps of Nicole and not just episodes of just mostly Goren and Eames screencaps? I would love some real good Nicole caps. This is a list of eps she has been in. "Anti-Thesis"...episodes, I would also love to see "Magnificat", "Death Roe", "Beast" -first three eps here are from season four -, and "In the Wee Small Hours" ( 5:6) but I really want some Nicole caps.
