Возможности, которые там описаны, базово, должны быть во всех hex редакторах. В Delphi такое можно накодить за 10 минут, при этом 8 минут будеш тягать контролы по форме, пытаясь более красиво их разместить. UPD: визуальный редактор в ЖЖ просто страх и убожество...

Second of the summer commissions, this time it's Ace and Hex for livii ! This one was really really fun, even though Ace's leg went a little wonky when I inked it. It was also the first one I finished, so I've been grinning about it for a couple months now. In other news, we are calling the apartment UNIT, despite the fact there are no hot English soldiers .
