...yesterday. Yeah, I aint written about me knee as I have been trying to ignore it but it wont let me. When I went in for a follow up visit last month it seems I am back to being "bone on bone" in my knee again. So we are doing the synvisc injections (one a week for 5 weeks) to see if I get relief from that. I hope so. I am tired of feeling like I am 141 and not just 41!! No High School football...

...without medications but the nurse part of me feels if she spirals into another depression like before we may have to look at medications. While I am not so much against medications for treatment I hate to see anyone start on any medication when they are so young.  Maybe my fears will be unfounded and only those of my own depressed thoughts thanks to my own situation with my knee. We'll see.
