Today I writing a letter to someone who's had a more direct influence in my life: Coach Dennis Roddenberry. He became my football coach in the spring of my freshman year in high school. He took a week...helping kids. I know he really cares about his job and his players and does that absolute best he can for them and that's about the highest compliment you can pay anybody. I salute you Coach Roddenberry

I'm trying to keep myself from scoreboard watching as UW seems to want to go down at home to a mediocre Purdue team (who shot an inexplicable 65% in the first half. We're gonna lose at home to Purdue?...being true. He has no honesty or integrity or truth to him. Rove takes the media and tries to get them to make it true. Is it any surprise a high school football player would do something similar?

I've spent the last two nights at Danielle's. I really did enjoy it. I realize I can only take my family in very small doses. Two to three days at a time it seems. My laptop has been like the household...7 feet away from me at every single rehearsal and I just now found out his name at the Louisville game. -smacks forehead- I bought Christmas presents for everyone today. I'm not going to say anymore. :

I can't think of what to write. I spent the night at Danielle's last night and I'm going back there tonight after the game. Oh yeah, I'm going to the Apopka/Edgewater game tonight. It's at Apopka, so...to give to Jordyn. Danielle's daughter has outgrown them (Alexandria is now 15 months) and Jordyn in due in March. So many babies! I go back to Tampa Sunday afternoon. I have to work Sunday night. >

Well it had to happen sometime and at least both schools made it to playoffs again this year. Unfortunately (or  fortunately depending on how you look at it) both the Birdville Hawks and the Weatherford Kangaroo's lost in the first round of playoff games last night.  Now we can look forward to "winter" (winter in Texas is a relative term) sports and activities for the kidlings.

No, not finals week, sillies. Although that too is approaching rather quickly. :/ But it's almost Thanksgiving! I think we're having it at my house this year with no family over. Which is fine with me...consider just NOT going home for Thanksgiving. But that would be a little depressing. Just a little. It's 48ºF outside here in Tampa. To me, that is freeeezing . I'll change my mind once I seen snow

Last night saw the end of the local High School football season. Some schools proved prowness upon the field and advanced on to District Playoffs with the ultimate goal of making State finals. I dont...practices and weekly games at an age when playing in the dirt with your buddys or riding your bike with a playing card clothes pinned to flip in the spokes. ok.. I'll get off my soap box, for now anyway
