One of the reasons I have stayed in Minnesota: where else can you go out on a 40° October morning and find garage sales? This morning's bounty: 1 ceramic teapot 2 picture frames 3 Kens [to keep the...until I saw the back of it. This former plastics worker was pretty impressed, so I got it. I am over at my dad's house using the computer to write this entry. I don't really have much to say, except that it's a cold and rainy day and I don't really like it too much. I hate driving in weather...bad for her. I went online to Dell's website and built a computer for her from the ground up. I really hope she likes it. I built it with everything she said she needed, so I'm hoping I got it right

Last week, my friend gave me a watercolor assignment to complete by yesterday. And even though I knew she wouldn't hold me to it, I dug out all my supplies yesterday morning (it wasn't due until the evening... but I still think this picture has a certain charm to it. I hated it while I was painting, but now when I look at it, I'm like, "Hey, I kind of like that." Watercolor is a very forgiving medium

What are your hobbies? What do you like to do? Questions such as those arise often and sadly I don't always know how to answer them.  Maybe if I could realize WHAT makes me happy, then I could do those things so I could BE happy. There are many people out there that are passionate about something in life and that is what drives them and I want that. I used to have that, but somewhere along the way...

I hate singing lessons now. Officially. And it wasn't even that bad today, I just think that my these lessons are slowly becoming more of a burden than a hobby for me. Like I don't want to go, but I...it's big money still. And my family isn't doing so well financially. I don't even know why I'm telling you this..  :  ? i just needed to get that off my chest.
