Originally, I was just going to grab a $200 Yamaha; but once I really started looking...” Anyway, the two models I’m looking at are the Denon AVR-1908 and the Onkyo TX-SR606 . Whichever one I can land the best deal on after the first will be my selection. Maybe that helps someone else

The new Tivo arrived on Tuesday, and I got around tonight to hook it up and get it set up so that Cox can put CableCards into it. So far, it looks good, tho the channel lineup listed is one with a box...sure that BSG and Doctor Who are selected so that I can actually record it. The new TV doesn't arrive until Monday. Since it is a white glove delivery, I don't expect to have much involvement with that
