Whew! I am done with the second week of class. Psych is still kinda boring, but I peeked ahead into next week, which focuses on perception and consciousness, and it looks like Psych class is finally getting...comfortable enough that I made some REALLY bold choices for my last project (selecting fabrics for 6 different end uses) and got quite a bit of positive feedback & accolades. After staying up til the wee hours last night (this morning), I didn't drag my carcass from bed until about 2pm. Just in time to watch some pre-Preakness races on ESPN. I have watched the races of the Triple Crown since I was a kid. I actually had dreams of being a jockey, but my allergies wouldn't let me get near horses, much less allow me to ride one. I loved seeing...her heart out behind the huge stallion Big Brown for a second place finish, then learn that she broke both front legs and was euthanized was very sad indeed. I really don't know if I can watch anymore
