So I might be meeting with someone about another children's book over in Roanoke...have no idea what this one is though. I told her I'd charge $50 for each simple picture for something intended to be published... Which I guess is kind of productive, though I've kind of been floating away from gaia since I got reported for trolling. e_e I knew there was a reason I avoided talking to people on internet forums
"I had originally drawn a totally different sketch for this cover which was approved. But then the image we see here just popped into my head, and I painted it without showing anyone for approval. My wife was away for the month doing research in China--maybe the loneliness inspired me."

My first tattoo. Just got it tonight. . It's a Mabel Lucie Attwell illustration from one of the first editions of Peter Pan. This is right after the famous scene on the rock, when he's rescued by the Neverbird. I've wanted it since I was sixteen. :) Sorry the HTML is a little weird...I'm new to LJ.

Ever since I read that born again christian comic...can get something better done on paper and scan it into the computer and go from there. That's my next objective to procrastinate. Maybe It will be enough to clean off my cluttered drafting table.
