... My shoulder and I have a long history of dislocations, but none since my shoulder repair surgery in spring 2001. I am not at all interested in going down the road that led to that again. The injury, replacement, and even now were incredibly painful. I actually take this as a good sign - it means my muscles around the shoulder are tight still and would prefer for things to stay in place. When...
Some part of my foot hurts crazily :( I had about 4 turnovers in a row during today's match. Devastating to me, might be amusing to you. Watched the first few minutes of Fringe's pilot episode, and...on MSN with Tauhoo about some really amusing stuff, heh. USB drives and CD drives... And... did I mention some weird part of my foot is experiencing quite some pain? Goodnight all, sleep well
So I haven't been training since my double-whammy surgery. Just great. Partly because I'm still sorta recovering, but partly because I am so lazy. Was at Ortigas yesterday for a meeting. After that, I... I'm so sorry for not being able to join you guys last Tuesday night. Love ya babe. ... Carmen and Joy! Route 196 tonight after "meeting!" iPod night kaya we can play seven songs each :D Lezzzgoooo
Day 3 of confinment (with like 20 days to go) and Rowan is B.O.R.E.D.!!!! Bored dog, board dog... not really much I can do but give her lots of bones and chew things to occupy herself with, but I'm...in the middle of a bone thinking it would entertain her for an hour or so, trying to reach the pb in the middle - right... it took her about 3 minutes to clean that sucker out - girl's got skills
Argh, it all started yesterday. I was just about to take a nap but suddenly I felt the urge to exercise - so I did. I did a couple things for my abs like the bicycle thing and the one where you lie on... my muscles were a bit sore (my abs and the ones that you find just by veering down your shoulders while learning inwards. That probably makes no sense but I'm still trying to find the name for them D
Hi everyone, I'm writing a fic in which a character breathes in a chemical and is delayed in getting medical help for several hours. Does anyone have any information about what might happen in such cases...medical help, would he get steadily worse? Once he gets medical help, what would treatment entail? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm not even sure how I'd Google search this one! Thanks
...hop. I gave her a pain pill I had left over from her surgery and hoped she'd be better when I got back from work. She wasn't. I took her to the vet that night and they said it is possibly an ACL injury. They sent us home with pain meds, told me to keep her as still as possible for two weeks and come back if she was still lame. Ok, so I Googled ACL canine injury and didn't like what I saw!! If...
Hi everyone, I posted this over at Sheppard_hc and someone there thought it would be good info for the Whumper's Guide. I agreed wholeheartedly.... and then asked "Whumper's guide?" So this is my first...the article: The cuff is a semi-automated, ultrasound device designed to cut blood loss and shock resulting from combat limb injuries, one that can be operated by any GI with minimal training.
I went out today and changed Will's bandage with the help of Barn Manager Tom. Before we re-wrapped it, I took a photo of it. Will took a step just as the photo was taken - so that's why his foot isn't...or anything, just a little ouchie. It would also seem that William either isn't fond of his meds - or doesn't like applesauce. Tom said that he didn't finish his food this morning. Oh well
I just went through back-to-back surgery yesterday. First was the extraction of my super-pokin wisdom tooth. Next was the extraction of the fibrosis from my o3 hematoma/cut. It wasn't as bad as I expected...in training in three days or so. ... Everyone's been getting shin splints. First it was me. Then Jaymie. Now Aljo, Mikey, and Vimz. Our common denominator? We're all wearing Mizunos. 'Nuff said
