Meh, I don't feel so good again - I seem to be suffering from some light diarrhoea again. I'm not sure what caused it, either, but I ate some yoghurt and semolina pudding I don't usually eat today,...will be closed for the holiday tomorrow. :| Any suggestions for a recipe to try? Or, for that matter, are there any good crockpot cookbooks or recipe collections on the web etc. you can recommend?

My tailhole problem are STILL continuing, and I'm really starting to think that adjusting what I eat to make sure my faeces will be a little softer. Right now, on the Bristol Stool Scale (the things...since it's not exactly going to be free. So what else is there? Any ideas for high-fibre foods that I could add to my diet - ones that are, ideally, a) tasty (or at least not yucky) and b) affordable

Just to let everyone know, by now, I think the problem with not receiving comment notification emails from LJ is actually not LJ's fault as much as GMail's. I've hardly received any mail at all over the... (EDITED to add: good webmail services would be OK, but if somebody can offer shell access so that I can run mutt, that'd be fine, too. Of course, needless to say, it'd have to be someone I trust.
