Awake - and its STUPID O'CLOCK..... I worked very hard at the extra pilates session today, it was really interesting and M got me to do a lot of stuff differently. Probably the key things to take away...the sights of an assault weapon :) Might go have a warm shower and see if my slowly seizing muscles start to release a little and I can get some sleep.
