An unforgivable omission This news item is just in, and is about an AP report on how the US removed 550 tons of nuclear material from Iraq and shipped it to the US. The writer mentions it is unforgivable...it [incl her newspaper]. Why the White House didn't call a press conference for this is another matter. I came to know about this after seeing a cartoon in Slate magazine and googling it thereafter;-

Today's Kannada newspaper Udayavani had a photo of Obama on the front page, with three photos of a statuette of Hanuman, and two pendants/amulets that have an image of Lord Vishnu and another Hindu god...be true, except that for the moment they are figments of my imagination] So imagine their Fox news seeing the Udayavani articles. All hell will break loose! Our English newspapers had nothing on it

Twice in the past people who googled my hobbies have met me in Mangalore. Meeting in real life. Mr Krishnanand Pai from Mumbai, who is my father's cousin's husband, contacted me and later met me when...looks he will here more often than not.
