Day 6 Late (for me, I go to bed early---usually) Late PM (22:00 Hrs or 10PM). Well it is late for me. Just took a dump and something really ugly was swimming laps around the porcelain goddess...better care of my colon . I was gong to put this up yesterday, but I ran out of time. My two sons told me about doing a colon cleanse. They want me to get healthy and stay healthy. My idea of healty doesn't equal theirs.
