Today was a good day i got a cell phone after not having one for like 4 years. Its a pay by the day phone but, right now it serves my needs just fine. Its gotten really cold here. Today the air temp...But, now that I'm older I appreciate the humor so much more. Especially the tongue in cheek stuff. Now that I've written about it, I'm going to go and listen to some old time radio myself, and relax.
and I'm not just talking about Clint Eastwood. I've received overwhelmingly positive feedback for the first episode of the "Shit Kickin' Road Show". One guy went so far as to call me a genius haha. The...response has been more than I had hoped, to say I'm pleased is an understatement. I've put an incredible amount of time and effort into this show (MUCH more than my other one) and it seems to be paying off
Am I the last person in the world to find Last.fm? After pulling a lot of my favorite artists from their list, I now have a new way to pass the work hours at my desk. Of course, my iPod is always...any unnecessary drama. Here's to a music-filled, drama-free weekend! Everyone enjoy my station , and feel free to share your own with me. This is HUGE! :) There's a brand newinternet radio station just getting started, and the guy who runs it is a friend of mine. It's called JLS Radio and can be found here! Tune in for automation most...maybe, if you want, become a deejay. :) I might even think about doing something some time. Only thing stopping me is that I don't as of yet have an external sound card. Oh well, maybe some day. :
Pandora, This site i am absolutley in love with, it definatly gives me my music fix. Pandora is a online radio station. All you have to do is type in an artist or song you enjoy and it creates a radio... So what i do is plug my ipod up to the speakers in my room and i get non stop enjoyable music :D I lovee it. Just thought id share this with you. Go check it out, you wont regret it. www.pandora.com
for years, there's been one Christian station that I've counted on for great music, and I've also noticed that they not only have a great music, but an excellent focus on community. for those of you who...for sure! We need less streaming and more publishers...as terrestrial broadcasters also contract directly with ASCAP, BMI and SESAC. I do not know (but am curious!) about whether they deal with SoundExchange when streaming their terrestrial signal.
