-Choose a weight that allows you to do set exercises and feel the burn -Drink plenty of water -Exercises are superset-Meaning no break -Equipment-Balance ball, dumbbells, floor or mat -Cardio portion...with hands on side rails, head facing machine, feet jump and and keep walking only on feet 1 minute run 6 mph 30 seconds 8 mph 30 seconds 10 mps Rest 1 minute Repeat Good job Kim & Beth :)
