The only thing I need to work on is remembering that I'm keeping my fast...three times a day, but always catch myself before creating "accidents". Other than that, I just try not to get too tired/overwhelmed. I'm sure I'll get used to with within the second week, though. :
i read the writers block thinger and started to think... im actually going through the fast with my buddy ozzy. honestly, a part of me is seriously considering conversion. but my knowledge of islam is pretty spotty. either way, that was the best glass of water ever. and who knew it was so hard to not think dirty thoughts? the only issue is the belief in g_d which is (of course) a key part of the...

Life of Pi, by Yann Martel RATING: 8 WHY I PICKED IT UP IN THE FIRST PLACE: My grandmotherloves it, and she is ususally right about these sorts of things. REFLECTIONS: This book is just...perfect response, and something that describes me really well. I'm not caught up in the ritual or anything; at the base of everything there is love, no matter what sort ofceremony you layer on top.
