...jewelry business, my husband, horses, dogs, cats, cooking, martinis and wine.  I currently live in NYC but we're planning to move back to where I grew up in CT.  And of course, languages!  Particularly, Italian.  I'm trying to learn (Rosetta Stone, CDs on my iPod too), and think reading some Italian entries would help.  My husband is 100% Italian but doesn't speak the language at all except for "cannoli"...

The Best Spaghetti Ingredients: 1 pkg. whole wheat spaghetti 1 sweet onion 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 jar Newman's Own Organic Tomato Basil Sauce 1 pkg. Field Roast Smoked Apple Sage vegetarian... Sautee the onions until clear. Crumble in the vegetarian sausage and cook until warmed through. Add the onions and vegetarian sausage to the pasta sauce. Drain the pasta and top with pasta sauce.

Who here has used it? Is it nice? Does it alter your pasta dishes somewhat? I'm about to start having pasta for breakfast (rather than for dinner), because I love it so much and I miss it so much. I figure that I'm smashing myself at the gym, so I should be allowed to at least have a small bowl for breakfast!!
