Jack and I went to the Maplewood Community Center this morning and met up with Leah and Max. They have a toddler time thing going on in the gym. CT5K Week 4, Day 1: done! (yesterday) I can't believe my ass can jog for 5 minutes straight ;) So far today has been........one of those days. Keira had a rough night. She's teething something fierce. We got some teething tablets today so hopefully tonight will be better. It only seems to bother her in the evenings and last night was the first...times. The times are gradually getting longer so counting by seconds is kind of a pain in the ass. I needed a light because it's dark out when I run in the morning. Now I just need an iPod ;

CT5K Week 3, day 3: done!!! Next week: Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then: Jog 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes) Walk 1/8 mile (or 90 seconds) Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes) Walk 1/4 mile (or 2-1/2 minutes...before going to bed for good and this morning it's fine.
