I've been making my own variations of Monterey Chicken for several weeks now. Last time I realized I was using Muenster as the primary cheese. Between that and the time of year, Monster Chicken was born...the photo from Steff's camera. Today I began prep and painting on our steampunk revolver. Much awesomeness. Tomorrow Daniel and I are kayaking on the Wekiva - first time out since the back injury
Well, might as well tell you what I've been up to. I got two kayaks, and spent Thanksgiving with family eating turkey and kayaking, but not at the same time. And that's only because the thought didn't....I would like to go back and drive through that area again, perhaps get offroad and explore some of the canyons. I'll try to get pics up...eventually... Work is busy, life is good, Halloween is soon.
...Middle-aged man with a great personality. He's just so good in the sense that everything he does and talks made so much sense to us. Lol. Prepared and ready to set off. Uncle Lim had his Wooden Sea Kayak. We were wondering how much he actually bought it, so after asking him, we found out that he MADE it HIMSELF! We were like, WTF?! It looked so PERFECTLY nice la like omg... Lol. Okay so we had our...
Kayak Halong Bay Ha Long Bay (also “Halong Bay”) is in northern Vietnam, 170 km east of Hanoi. The bay is famous for its scenic rock formations If you thought the hideout in the James Bond film “The Man with the Golden Gun” was spectacular, imagine a place where there are 3,000 such limestone islands clustered together in the East Sea of Halong Bay. Yea!! Kayak and American Airlines have apparently reached an agreement! I just got this note in my e-mail today: Kayak.com is delighted to once again display schedules and fares directly from American Airlines on both Kayak.com and SideStep.com. Users can now compare AA itineraries alongside those from hundreds of leading airlines. Kayak.com remains committed to providing comprehensive and objective...
My tandem kayak hums. It’s a quite noticeable thrum that happens when The Honey and I bring it up to “cruising speed” – not an all-out sprint, but a high speed we can maintain for some time. The boat manufacturer and people familiar with the mathematics of sound waves can probably explain the phenomenon as a function of water cavitating against the long hull. My personal theory, however, is...
...and set off! There were 15 of us for the day, so it'll be a big group of us though. I had a hard time getting my sprayskirt on, so freaking tight that in the end i gave up on using it. First was to kayak towards Frog Island. Ahh, finally got a good look at how the island looks like. Lol. And the all the way towards the Mangrove over at Ubin. Weather's piping hot, and we enjoyed our way there, chatting...
... And thought we've lost contact but the world is so small enough that i've been chatting with her on the forum and i had yet realised until she added me in MSN. Lol. Looks like i've 1 more kaki for kayaking already. Haha! Soohou's not here for the programme, so me and Nicholas took a double Salom kayak for the day. Our very first time using a Salom kayak and its a double! Embarked and off. The feeling...
Last Saturday, we rented a double kayak, from PA water venture (Pasir Ris) to clock some mileage in preparation of our Round Ubin Kayak race. We were suppose to stick within the demarcated area, but we went beyond, thinking that it is alright to do so. ...
