yesterday op & i grilled some veggie-italian-sausages on the grill. we ate them in buns w/ fresh basil & mustard, and this slaw was a good spicy complement. plus a great way to use up some of these kohlrabis that we got from our csa. 1 kohlrabi, grated 3 radishes, grated parsley, chopped white wine vinegar & olive oil to dress mix it all up, salt to taste

I have two things of kohlrabi . They've been sitting in the fridge for a week, so the leaves are a bit limp. I should use them up soon. What should I do with them?
