I went through the memories but I couldn't find anything that could directly help me. I went and got my lip pierced about 2 hours ago. Once I got home I realized she didn't place the piercing correctly... My friend said I should wait a few days, but I think that would actually be worse. Maybe I'm wrong? I just can't even look at it without getting angry and want it out now. Suggestions please

I have two piercing related questions. I'm...verbose so I'll use the lj-cut for its intended purpose. I only found one memory post about this and that person's piercing was almost 5 years younger than...nauseated and I don't think it sounds like a good idea at all. But I could be wrong. My friend got her lip pierced at Lucky's in Amherst, MA just a few days ago. The piercer put a CBR in it right away even though my friend wanted a stud. I was under the impression that rings shouldn't...in Northampton, MA and have had my own positive experience there being pierced by Penelope. So... are CBRs always bad in healing piercings, or are there some situations in which they are preferred

I re-wrote my whole post basically. its under the cut. New Lip Piercing. I went to electric beach in Cape May, NJ they also have another place in Philadelphia.I got it pierced with a 16g stud and...swelling goes down. Hopefully I can go somewhere around here to have them put a stud into it. I'm not sure if that is a good idea because it's already been changed once in the week i've had it done

So I want to go in and get a vrt philtrum today...but I have a center labret that has a ring in it, logically I think it'd cause issues, but I am posting here in hopes that I am wrong..So anyone with experience with this?

Okay, I just got snakebites a week ago and now its looking like my skin is healing over the back plate. My bars were very very short which might be to blame...but now, every morning I have to struggle...to happen and now the swelling has started in my left also. Is this normal??? What could have caused this? How do I fix it...? I was thinking maybe I should call my piercer and ask him about it

I am looking into getting some piercings, and I have a few questions: I would really like a medusa piercing, I am just curious how long would I have to wait to put a retainer in it . My boss said she'd...prefer if I had a retainer in it. Also, I have been looking into getting a horizontal lip piercing, and was curious if there was anyway I could even get a retainer for it? I checked the memories but couldn't find exactly what I wanted. About 2 months I got my vertical labret done. I absoulutely love it...except for one thing: My bottom hole is still as red as the day I...it alone. But it seems like it's refusing to heal. My question is: has anyone else had problems with this type of piercing? I really do not want to take it out, but it's starting to be a bother

I have had a side labret piercing for a few years, and I think my gums are receding... BUT a) my friend's gums look a lot like mine and she doesn't have a piercing, and b) does this only happen if the piercing actually touches your gums, because I think mine only really touches my teeth? Yes I will go to the dentist very soon, but I was just wondering!
