Looming Deadlines, Lack of Sleep, Too Much Coffee...  All add up to... ...you got it!  Procrastination Time! I looked back at my last post (ahem, June?) and realized that I've been putting off posting...the rest of the summer, although it sure seems to me (as well as to the boys) that this summer was nothing about anything else but this damned house move.  You know, I almost agree with them too.

So I am in Maui right now. I share a two bedroom, two bath apartment with my Uncle and we live in Kahului. I work in a mid-sized landscape architecture firm in Wailuku. In the adjoining lot to the apartment...own cubicle. The owner of the firm, boss of my boss, has his own office and on the side owns a donut shop. Which is pretty cool, because the office gets free donuts in the morning almost everyday.

Around the time I started this Live Journal I read Italo Calvino’s Cosmicomics . I loved it. Though I did not finish the other two Calvino books I started since leaving Italy, I will probably always feel...will be posting more about that here. I was hired by my Uncle's landscape architecture firm. It is located in Hawaii, on the island of Maui. I'm in the process of packing. The family's come together for this; I'm to be Uncle's roommate,...subscription to InStyle magazine. I've taken them and ripped out articles, tips, and advertising images that I like the most, hole-punched them, and put them in a giant binder. The rest I recycled

Ойй как туго идёт проект. Оформить всё осталось, все эти тонны карт, картинок, рисунков... Расписать, подогнать, а мозг НЕ ХОЧЕТ. Его и так нещадно использовали последнюю неделю. Как бы вдохновиться и ррраз, и всё доделать... Пойду спать, завтра на целый день экскурсия, в лес, клещей кормить. Вот вовремя сделали, ага.
