Two Eva-cdotes, and an Ana-cdote or so

In which Ana and Evangeline are total BFFs! Me: Can I give you a hug? Evangeline: No. Me: No?!? Evangeline: No. Only outside. Me: But you hugged Ana inside. Evangeline: Yeah... but Ana is my best...she's started to realize why it doesn't make perfect sense, so now she's trying out combinations like "Eva-baneva" and "Connie-banonnie". I suppose this makes perfect sense to her as a five year old :

The Bot that Fooled 3 in 12

This is Elbot . Elbot fooled 3 out of 12 judges in the 2008 Loebner Prize contest . There are articles about it all over. This one, for example. At least two Swedish sources seem to make the claim...some trouble finding sources for Elbot being the first to manage 3 in 12. So I won't say that, but I do think that's how it is. If that wasn't clear, you can chat with Elbot here. It's sort of fun.

...80 to 89 Rohda is the prefix for numbers in the range of 90 to 99 Delu is the prefix for the numbers in the range of 100 to 199. So that's what I've gotten so far. I'll likely go back and tag anything that has to do with Wouliah with that tag. That way, you can dig your way through the development of the language and not have to worry about finding my attempts at studying language (i.e. French).

...words. There also needs to be a number system, and I need to come up with how it's going to be written. I mean, there's nothing wrong with using roman letters, but if this is supposed to be a "Wolfen" language, would they have ever seen them? That's a very important thing to take into consideration. So, the first step in heavy reformatting would have to be getting a vocabulary list of words. Something...

Little problem: I'll have to move one nap per week 30 minutes. It hurts, but there is just no other way. Well, doable. I'm actually not worried about uberman anymore. I'm not yet stable nor perfect, but...Dexter. I'll stop watching The Daily Show once Barack Obama is finally president. :) I must be very serious about becoming Japanese. There will be no failure, nothing 外人 left. There is only Zuul

letters

All of a sudden S. knows and reliably recognizes almost all the letters of the English alphabet (we haven't started working on the German alphabet yet) and knows what sounds a number of them make. Yay for letters!

oh! duh!

...the fuck as I torturing myself by trying to merge them when they're not very different in the first place? *rolls eyes* Still...gotta use both. Damn religious characters, making me THINK. Haha. Weh. I'm creative enough to create an alphabet (which is around here somewhere), but not a language. This bothers me. And why am I still awake? Oh, because I was looking for my library card, that's why...

...bow - faruk arrow - fardir quiver - farkim spear - rezi I still have to work on plurals and stuff like that, but here's a pretty basic list of vocabulary words. Items like scrolls and quills can actually double as notebooks and pens. The reasoning for this is because where the language was supposed to be used (A Wolfen village). There will be more, but it won't be a daily addition sort of thing.
