Despite my sporadic postings, I have been keeping up art-wise with the challenge and have begun stage two, which consists of doing art for Tae-Kahn, home of the Guenitha, Grihfohn, and Zaub. Sorry for the drought, but with dial-up at home I have to travel to my parents' place for an adequate connection that allows me to upload masses of pictures without taking ten hours. A brief explanation for these drawings: Shabenay are shape-shifters, however they have some unique features. One is that they can only take on the forms of warm-blooded creatures (generally birds, mammals...of the Prequel that I wrote to Shifting Times. Do enjoy! I know the anatomy is a bit blah in a couple of them, keep in mind it's more to map out the Marks than it is to depict the characters

Technically Quanae's was sketched before this whole process began, but that's okay as Rirhe was sketched yesterday and Talai was done today and Quanae was polished off today as well. HA! I will note that...time soon). She is a Kierr (feline based) and her race is Yihn (Serval based). And one of these days I'll learn how to create cool costume designs. Expect the next installment in about a week
