Is it just me, or is the ratio of Democratic Congressional flameouts far exceeded by Republican? Over the last couple of years it seems to me the conservative sect has cornered the market on financial, sex and ethics scandals. What's up with that?

I know this has been making the rounds, but I read this on MoveOn.org about Sarah Palin and it gave me a lot of pause: "Today is John McCain's 72nd birthday. If elected, he'd be the oldest president...was all excited about the possibility of a woman in the White House in the unthinkable chance McCain should win. Historic, but it really doesn't sound like she's someone I'd want there, woman or man
