Has anyone tried CoverGirl's Outlast Lipstain? I like the sound of it, because I'm tired of reapplying lip color to my thin, pale lips all day, but would like feedback from people who have tried it already...for a girl with fair skin, rosy undertones, dark green eyes and dark golden blonde hair?
