Something is up wth Luckie and I'm worried :( I was getting ready for bed around 12:30 or so when I heard her yelp in the other room. Made it back tonight. Unpacked everything and laid out an impressive array of Collected Goodies on the kitchen table, to show the boys later. Luckie and Harry are happy to see me. Such sweeties. Meanwhile my neighbor Deb seems to have done a great job feeding and cuddling everybody. Went over Caleb's to check on the four cats. They had thrashed the place a bit -- pulled down a curtain, rolled...

After around 6 weeks together, Luckie and Harry are getting along just great. It's so much better than I dared hope really! Right now they are both snoozing under the desk. When I get home they both jump on the bed and get their luvvins. They like to lie on the couch with me when I watch TV. They play kitty-tag with one another at least a half an hour a day, and that's only what I am here and awake...

Came home and noticed right off that Harry's food bowl was full. Took my shoes off, petted Luckie, called him name. He didn't come. Oh, no, is he sick? Did he die? No, I accidentally locked him in the clothes closet all day. Oops! It's funny, because as I was pullingout some clothes this morning he kept being pokey and I told myself, "Be sure you don't lock him in" (because I did that to Luckie...

...with the amount and feel that I am well on my way to fixing my finances, which have been ruined for the past 3-4 years. Kitty Obligatory kitten note: I was so happy last night with Harry and Luckie. I spent an hour or so reading on the couch -- with Luckie snoozing on the back of the couch and Harry out cold in my lap. Awwww. Can't ask for more! Meanwhile the cats continue to play roughhouse...
