I got bored today, and started thinking about what gigs I could have gone to, if I were around... I think there was a radio feature about this, which got me a-thinking. I'm not a fan, but any gig on Pink...been awesome. The Sex Pistols' first gig... Anything by The Smiths... And of course, any Manics gig when Richey was still around. Wouldn't complain. Not one, tiny bit. What else, do I think?
for llamapi because she does not KNOW! Manics were the right band, at the right time for me. They are probably the single most influential band force on forming who I am today. That said,...There are some good songs, but it's a different band. Now I've lost interest; Nicky wire increasingly makes me *facepalm*. Most recently they have covered Rihanna's Umbrella. 大lolz, guys.大lolz.
I got my Manics ticket in the mail last Monday. Wow, that was quick. It only took two business days. I got a huge envelope for one tiny ticket. I also can't believe I didn't pimp my latest shopping... playing a night after the Manics. What about a surprise cameo on "Little Baby Nothing"? ;) Hah! And I know I'm in good company when the coolest man in the world, Christian Bale, is also a Manics fan!

As if my iPhone knows what's going on, it's been constantly pumping out Manics songs in shuffle mode. Amazing
Right now, I am frantically, chaotically trying to organize a Hong Kong trip to see the Manic Street Preachers. Since my mind is all in shambles, I am accomplishing nothing. I'm looking around for flights... Love: Manic Street Preachers Hate: My boss, the real one. He knows why. Yes, I'm already sober too. It took every fiber of my being to resist typing out "I HATE YOU!" during this morning's chat.
Here's a remastered, resequenced take on episode 3, with new material, in honor of my friend Stephanie Kay Jackson. She left the world entirely too soon, on 6 Dec. 1999. Here's what you'll hear in this...4, 5 and 8 come courtesy of the IODA Promonet and may be downloaded at the Blogger site ; track three comes from CD. I thought of a really awesome title for this but someone distracted me and I forgot. I'm simply bored of everything at the moment. I've tried to think of something new to keep me busy but not even the...I haven't got into other stuff since then, but I don't think that any of them have revolutionised the way I think and the way I look at life. Maybe i should give up on music and like something else
Posted by Steve. I'm cheating here a little bit with this cover version! The song was originally released in 1970, but due to a bit of promotion from a radio DJ here in the UK the single got re-released...I...
