It's the first day of summer! Even better, it was a beautiful day today, and this evening was especially nice. kcanadensis and I decided to take a much-needed walk in nature. First, we followed... It's an oddly-decomposed, but very-complete corpse of a ring-billed gull chick. It smelled pretty bad. It's just incredible to see how tiny those wing bones are -- and how big that skull is!
...Thursday afternoon so I could fully enjoy myself. And I'm pretty sure I did fine on that, I probably got a B on it like all my other Shakespeare papers. Thursday is also when I said my final goodbye to the Marquette Tribune office before it is completely redone over the summer. I definitely have to make sure to go back at least once to see the final result. Friday was great because Aby, Shaina, Sijin, Jaimy...

I had a really difficult week that resulted in not a lot of sleep. However, multiple weeks days of not sleeping led to awesomeness on Thursday. Well, relatively. Since I was so exhausted, literally ...on the couch because I'm too scared to sleep in the room, ants and all. But it should be good. I'll enjoy relaxing quite a bit, that is for sure. Nothing due until finals week. It is going to be nice
These past few days, I have been shown a ridiculous amount of love that I almost started crying today [in a good way]. Or I'm just being an emotional woman, which is entirely possible as well. I've had...has been God just providing me with people to encourage me and really feed my heart since I've been so down on life lately. It is nice when I'm reminded that I don't always completely fail at life

The Bradley Center was completely and utterly packed. The energy of the crowd was unbelievable. It was such a close game. We were only down by 3 with 2 minutes to go. But, as you can see, we ended up...
I'm back in Marquette, I've got a class at one, I've got a kitten in my lap, and I'm 21. I'll rewind a bit here, the past week has been crazy (in a good way)! In my last post I mentioned a kitten -- well she's here on my lap, purring away, and she is such a sweetheart. Stephanie and I took Catkin to the vet earlier this week (on Wednesday) to get her spayed -- we decided not to have her declawed...
I was chatting with my friend Jessica and somehow got on the subject of my radio show in college... I think it was because of a Strongbad e-mail she linked me to . Anyway, I said I'd upload a show and well... Here it is: The Show With Adam and Pete from February 11, 2004. ( Playlist Here ) Click here to listen to it. -Adam
Yesterday was kind of amazing, because Ashlee, Stephanie, and I decided to go to St. Vinnie's to get some Christmas decorations (you see, I got a little Christmas tree the other day). They had a lot of...we went to Babycakes for lunch, then Snowbound books, then Doncker's for chocolate. So yeah, yesterday was pretty epic. Stephanie made miso soup and sushi for dinner and it was deeeelicious
