I previously posted the upcoming ballot questions here , but I apparently didn't comment on them. Voting for Question F could raise our phone taxes to the highest in the country. A phone is a necessity...to whatever they want to spend it on - not just education - they need to find another way. Here is a link to the coalition against this tax for more information. We're in the beginning stages of planning our 11/7/09 wedding in Baltimore. I really want to pick the location of our reception before we start trying to pick a theme or a color scheme or any of that,...I don't want our reception space to be ANYTHING like this, but.. do the two have to go together as part of some overall theme of our entire wedding? Just seeking suggestions and overall thoughts!
