When storing cold meat in a container, put  a bit of paper towel on top of the meat then seal.  This will catch any excess condensation. Grated cheese may be frozen in *Tupperware containers, but block cheese will not...

...potatos, biscuits, bacon and sausage links. There was A LOT of leftovers afterwards and right now in the security office there are two large aluminum pans filled with all of the above foods. One pan alone is holding just the meat which has to weigh about 10 pounds. I've already eaten and I didn't even make a dent in it. I'm close to meat overdose! Which is saying something coming from me ;)

I have taco meat in the gaps in my jaw, and I'm not diggin' it all too much. That's about it teeth-wise. Some slight pain here and there. The stitches are coming loose, too.

This once-a-week cooking thing is working out pretty well. I think I might continue it next month, too. This week, I had: aubergines, two heads of broccoli, two butternut squash, lots of carrots, cavolo...bit like egg mayonnaise, but nicer. The remaining liver is soaking in milk in the fridge. I was going to fry it as an extra for tonight's dinner but my feet hurt too much to stand up any longer.

...atmosphere was warm and inviting, rich in crimson- coloured walls and vibrant  accents of yellow and orange throughout the dining area.  The music was upbeat and playful.  I watched as servers and meat carvers seamlessly moved throughout the dining area as if they were performing a choreographed routine.  It was not quite, "Hello, Dolly!" but none the less, entertaining.
