The entire Thomas is made of fondant. Been staring at the train for a long time before I could mold his face lah. Quite difficult. Instead of cupcakes, mummy E ordered mini cakes as she wanted something different and special for her son's bd. So 24 of these babies were made.

I've updated my cake cabinet today with 3 new cakes and 2 kinds of small cakelets.  

  So happy~ I've added new cakes to my collection and got a cake cabinet for them too~   Too bad my 2 black forest cakes were sold, or else I'll have a more complete collection~  eehee!

Tiered wedding cupcakes stand are a real hit with brides of late... but I don't really like the idea lor... I wanted to do something different for this special bride who is so adventurous and avant garde... fill, cover, fondant, ribbon, icing..... these babies took a long time Feedback from the bride was positive.... thank you for giving me the opportunity to do this for your wedding. :)

Something different for a wedding cake display other than the usual cupcakes... But a lot of work though...and she is one gung ho bride that wants it B&W. Ya, I am so into this furry thing at the moment.

Yet another easy one with a cake mix. Beware the fact that they're bite-sized, since it's awful tempting to keep grabbing one every time you pass by. >D Citrus Mini Cakes Ingredients -1 package...almonds. Yield: about 5 1/2 dozen *Since there was really a lot of glaze, we gave our mini cakes a second coating before putting sprinkles on them instead of almonds (since I don't like almonds XD)
