...hours today and not once got bothered by a gold spammer or anything, and that was with one of my characters in the main city for the Elyos too! I really did enjoy it. I've been playing a lot of MMO's lately. Not just WoW, but a lot of free ones. A couple of the gems I've come across are Allods and Aika, both from gPotato, an awesome free MMO provider. Over the weekend, I start my Sims on Sims...
So instead of playing on RO I went off to LH 'cause of the whole idol deal. >.>a Random stuffs taken today. JAPAAAAAAN That's... totally a carriage. You know, yeah... Fantasy and all, right? ACK. I found the downside to Allods: YOU CAN'T INVERT THE 'Y' MOUSE AXIS!! This's a dealbreaker for me, and apparently alot of other people too :( I literally CANNOT play a game without inverting... unable to sort my vision out. If you're one of those people that can play without the inverted mouse, then this game is perfect for you, otherwise, it kind of fails for the rest of us. Blaaaah :
Ok so no bullshit? Allods is pretty fucking impressive I'm too tired for a full summary, but these are a few screenshots from my initial foray into the game. Allods is set in a shattered world...idle animations include a group huddle, pranking each other, and one of them scolding the other and threatening her with a slap across the face. they even fall asleep on top of one another. eeee
...that EQ2 succumbed to WoW style pvp. HAY LOOK GUISE WE HAVE PVP TOO. might have to try this out maybe possibly, although given the completely wonky nature of EQ2 gameplay there's a really big possibility that it might be a huge piece of shit. BUT WE'LL SEE, maybe I'll be dreadfully wrong. It'd be a reason to go back to fucking Antonia Bayle ;p

I have just got into the Champions Online beta! Now I just have to download the client, and think of a badass Hero to create. But since it's midnight the gaming will have to wait till after work tomorrow.
