... Crain (the doc I used) charged 426 flat fee plus office visit (27) plus 200 with complications). Crain Veterinary feels much more homey than Banfield; they remind me of my vet back in Lebanon. They're country doctors. The doc introduced himself as Jerry rather than Dr. Epsey. I was more comfortable with them. I'll definitely be using their services in the future. Mojo's alive. They saved my baby.

I told Nathan last night what I'd decided for Mojo. He told his coworkers at breakfast, and one of them recommended his vet. I called the vet this morning, and I dropped Mojo off for surgery. It's still expensive, but less expensive than the place I went yesterday. Thank you all for good thoughts and snuggles. Mojo'll be okay once the surgery's done. :D
